Power – Technology – Space – Connectivity • Operating Model • Documented and agreed upon operations model with each partner • Secured discounted rates 20% below market price (no fluctuation in costs during hurricane season) • Developed “virtual pool” [only during storm season] that ensures consistent delivery costs whether the unit comes from Atlanta or Charlotte costs will be from nearest yard. • Generators available in a range of sizes to accommodate specific requirements • Improved delivery\return process ensuring correct cables, plugs, connections and voltage. • Fuel Delivery Services • Electrician and Maintenance Services • At time of disaster Agility provides a cost estimate to Member for approval prior to deployment

Electrician / Technical Support • Agility has recently partnered with Pro Power Solutions with locations in Atlanta and Savannah, GA • Pro Power Solutions is a member of the GENERACnetwork • This relationship provides Agility with a source for technical / electrician support in the following locations:

  12. Fuel Providers Agility has relationships with five distinct fuel providers as a resource for fuel during a disaster if our generator partners are unable to provide fuel service.

Real World Recovery – Tuscaloosa Tornadoes • At least 305 tornadoes confirmed(largest outbreak in US history) • 2nd deadliest outbreak in US History(337+ confirmed fatalities in 6 states) • 650 patients treated at DCH Hospital in 6 hours • DCH FCU had minimL damage to their building, no power, no communications • Agility responded with generator within 24 hours and satellite comms within 48 hours.
