  2. Agenda • Status of MIS / EBT Implementation • Clinic Enablement • Site Surveys Update • Lessons Learned from the transition from paper to electronic medical records – Chantale Nadeau 5/22/2014

Status of ImplementationCeres • Work continues by state staff Vermontizing Ceres: configuring screens, pull-down lists, food packages and food rules, minimum/maximum values, naming of risks, etc • Data Conversion continues on DO records! • Testing and Pilot Plans near completion – Pilot DO selection in June • Implementation phase begins in June: DII/AHS/VDH IT setting up the servers, networks, etc to begin installation and testing of Ceres! 5/22/2014

Status of ImplementationEBT • Contract with Xerox making the rounds for signatures and approvals • We hope they’ll start by June 1 • First task is validating that Ceres is set up correctly to “interface” with Xerox online EBT • Next task is working with grocers to interface with Xerox GROCERS XEROX CERES 5/22/2014
