  6. What am I? • I am a large animal that lives in the forest. • I live in the north of the USA and in Canada • I have a long face. • I have hooves (= sabots) that act like snowshoes in the winter. • I have antlers on my head.

  10. What am I? • I am a small animal that lives in the river. • I am very colorful. • Lots of animals like to eat me…

  12. What am I? • I swim in the river. • I have a long tail that I use as a weapon. • I like to sunbathe! • I can stay underwater for 4 minutes…

  14. What am I? • I eat only plants • I have antlers • My ears are always listening for noises • I used to live all across the USA but now I live in the western part of the States • I am part of the deer family
