  1. Step 7 : Blessings & Curses This step to freedom is to renounce the sins and curses of your ancestors as well as any curses which may have been placed on you by deceived and evil people or groups.

  2. By yourself, • Pray the prayer on your outline then. • Complete the list then. • Pray the declaration following.

  3. Dear heavenly Father, I come to You as Your child, bought out of slavery to sin by the blood of the Lord Jesus Christ. You are the Lord of the universe and the Lord of my life. I submit my body to You as an instrument of righteousness, a living and holy sacrifice that I may glorify You in my body.

  4. I now ask You to fill me with the Holy Spirit. I commit myself to the renewing of my mind in order to prove that Your will is good, acceptable, and perfect for me. All this I pray in the name and authority of the risen Lord Jesus Christ. Amen.

  5. Blessing is our focus. • Blessing involves thoughts, words and actions. • Excel in blessing others.

  6. Romans 12:14, 17-21 14Bless those who persecute you; bless and do not curse. 17Do not repay anyone evil for evil. Be careful to do what is right in the eyes of everybody. 18If it is possible, as far as it depends on you, live at peace with everyone. 19Do not take revenge, my friends, but leave room for God's wrath, for it is written:

"It is mine to avenge; I will repay," says the Lord. 20 On the contrary: "If your enemy is hungry, feed him; "It is mine to avenge; I will repay," says the Lord. 20 On the contrary: "If your enemy is hungry, feed him;  if he is thirsty, give him something to drink. In doing this, you will heap burning coals on his head." 21Do not be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good.

  8. James 3:9,10 With the tongue we praise our Lord and Father, and with it we curse men, who have been made in God's likeness. Out of the same mouth come praise and cursing. My brothers, this should not be.
