Company Profile ▣ Introduction of Company We are a leading Pre-Insulated Pipe (PIP) producer in Korea with yearly production capacity more than one million of straight type pipes and two thousand of other shape of pipes manufacturing equipment located at Gong-Ju, Chung-Nam Province. Our factory plant encompasses over 5,000 sqm on 25,000 sqm Since its establishment in 1989, we are producing not only Pre-Insulated Pipe for heating & air conditioned as a main business forces items but also PIP for waterworks & refrigerant etc.. Especially, we have delivered the Steel In Steel Pipe (SIS) for underground-laying to KEPCO “Heating Pipe Works at Daejeon 3,4 industrial Area” in advance of others through a technical corporation with German partner. After supply our products to KDHC, KEPCO, IIAC, Seoul Energy Co. Ltd., Osan Energy Co. Ltd. and POSCO etc., we were acknowledged our quality from them. Furthermore, we built-up a total service network to cover the design, producing, installation and test-run of PIP as well as our durable Research and Development for improving its quality. In other to support its organization, we acquired KSA 9001/ISO 9001 Certification for PIP quality system in July 2000, and in October GQ Certification from Small & Medium Business Administration as a Good Quality company. After all, in December our products of PIP were selected to an excellent products from Public Procurement Service and it has been registered on government’s procurement officially as a professional PIP manufacturer in Korea, firmly.

It is an innovative heat insulation system to simplify work process and reduce working hours & cost compared with complicated normal piping insulation before like insulation work, exterior protection and jacket process after finishing piping since all piping materials of PIP are produced completely with insulation process in our factory site at once. ▶ The Keynote of PIP A. Wide option range A wide option ranges are available regardless of material and dimension for carrier & casing pipe and insulation. It is able to produce any kinds of carrier & casing pipe likes steel, stainless steel, copper, PE, PVC, aluminum spiral and etc. Also, it is able to produce any kind of insulation material regardless of its thickness. B. Superiority heat insulation Using rigid polyurethane foam as a insulation material, of which thermal conductivity is the most superlative on earth at present Hot water temperature drops less than 1℃ after carrying 40km distance.
