12. MTAIP Lessons Learned • Census Bureau requirements can be very different from State/Local/Tribal GIS files • Street centerline approach differs from cadastre-level geography • Local files may not follow Census Bureau definition of topology

13. MTAIP Feedback to source providers The Census Bureau will offer a “local edition” TIGER/Line file that includes information about the data used to realign TIGER to local source providers.
