9. Marine Services ISS Marine Services offers a full portfolio of services to owners, charterers and offshore operators at all ports in Oman. We offer full husbanding services including but not limited to Port In/Out Clearances, Statutory licenses in Oman, Crew movements, Crew medical attention, provision/stores supplies, bunker coordination. Support craft – we operate our own launch stationed in Muscat, and have the ability to support with further vessels from the Region. ISS offers full bulk cargo agency including logistics support. We handle over 1mn tonnes per annum of grain, clinker, cement, bitumen and copper ores via Omani ports. Disbursement accounting: Single point of remittance, final DA within 25 days of vessels departure, full transparency with all supporting documents and monthly statements.

10. ISS Oman has been involved in a number of Humanitarian support programs and can provide full logistics support via air, road or sea at short notice. Air and seas charters as well as containerized shipments can be arranged on behalf of clients with distribution in the harshest of environments. 15. Survey and Loss Adjusting ISS are the appointed Lloyds agent in Oman, providing Lloyds with shipping intelligence as well as performing surveys on behalf of Lloyds underwriters. ISS represents many of the world’s leading Protection & Indemnity Clubs providing expert local information and advise as well as claims adjustment. Our highly experienced staff maintain a close working relationship with the clubs, protecting their interest and providing advance information on future risks. A team of expert and experienced surveyors, including a qualified Master Mariner are able to perform a wide range of cargo and vessel surveys at all ports of Oman.
