  5. Improved Fleet + Equipment • Two brand new boats - Magno’s • One ‘new to us’ boat - Topaz Tres • Two new Engines

  6. More Maintenance • Two well attended sessions + BBQ • Mooring lines • Electrics on Ruffian • Disposal of old 420’s • Website development and maintenance

  7. Social • Visits to Purty • Night in Town….Market Bar • Night out in Café Topalis • Christmas night out in Maloti Indian Restaurant • Table quiz in aid of RNLI - €1,125 raised • W/E trip to Collanmore

  9. More Training • 2 Powerboat courses organised -10 members receive certs. • VHF talk given by Damien Bradley • Informal training covering Dinghies, Ruffian and Captain

  10. Committee • New Lottery application for purchase of €30k yacht • Ongoing ISA liaison • Safety statement started • Development of Captain, viceCaptain and Organiser roles • Letter to DLCH re ongoing development of Club

  11. Finally • A good year!…much accomplished! • Thanks to everybody- members and friends for helping to keep the club running smoothly
