What is SkyScheduling? • SkyScheduling is a type of arena scheduling that utilizes Skyward. • SkyScheduling allows students to create their own schedule for next year based on their requests. • Students have already completed online course requests and checked classes with counselors. • Next step is to use Skyward Family Access to choose classes. 5. Helpful tips… • Building a schedule is like a completing a puzzle • Review requests • Compare to master schedule • Fit classes into your schedule • Schedule electives first • Complete SkyScheduling during open period for grade level SKYSCHEDULING

12. Find the period you wish to take each class and click ADD • Courses that do not fit into your schedule are marked NO. • Complete for each course, fall and spring.

14. Submit Schedule After schedule is completed, click submit. No additional changes will be able to be made after submitted.

Timeline… • Worksheet with and copy of the master schedule will be provided later this week. • SkyScheduling will be open during the following times: • Class of 2014 April 25-26 • Class of 2015 April 29-30 • Class of 2016 May 2-3 • Class of 2017 May 6-7 • If you have trouble, sign up to see your counselor or contact the high school guidance office as soon as possible. Additional information… • This process will help prepare students for college registration • If students do not schedule during open period for their class, they will get last priority • If you have trouble or need help, information is available on the high school webpage • Counselors and administrators always reserve the right to change schedules to balance classes, meet graduation requirements, etc. SKYSCHEDULING
