Singing Hatsune Miku robot • A Miku robot in Japan that can sing for the people. • Created by the CEATEC in 2009, by National Institute of Advanced Industrial Science and Technology.  • Created after by a animated cartoon show "Miku".  • Dressed in a female's uniform that sings pop, rock, & others. 

  3. Robots as Entertainment • Toyota Motor Corporation (TMC) has recently unveiled a robot capable of playing the violin and even of achieving vibrato • Its hands and arms have 17 joints, which may enable the robot to carry out domestic and caretaking duties in addition to playing the violin.

  4. Social and Ethical Isssue • People and machines:robot (a machine) is working like a human, and interacting with human. • Control: People are able to take charge, over the robot for their commanding.  • Ex: Control to turn off or turn on the robot.

  5. COSTS: Its expensive to make. It needs supervision. It takes time to make a robot. It can only do limited things. BENEFITS:  It works more perfectly than human. It never gets tired. It works almost like a human. Its a great source of entertainment. Costs and Benefits
