Overview • S&W presented analysis of historical outages and tasks to PSPC at two separate meetings • August 16, 2007 • September 19, 2007 • Using this analysis as a guideline combined with the experience of S&W in the field of generator maintenance practices, recommended maintenance allotments were made

  4. Definitions ESOH is “Equivalent Scheduled Outage Hours” which account for partial outages (i.e. a 50% reduction in load over one hour is equal to 0.5 ESOH) EOH is “Equivalent Operating Hours” used by combustion turbine manufacturers to track planned maintenance intervals
