  3. 1 • Opening of the session The session will be opened by the Chair. Provisional Agenda for SBI 2 • Adoption of the agenda The delegates will vote on which topic needs to be discussed first for the adaptation or implementation of GHG emission reduction efforts.

  4. 3 Report on global GHG emissions and mitigation efforts since 1990 - Each delegate from nations will take turn to address the status quo and measures taken to deter the emission Provisional Agenda for SBI 4 Future reduction prospect and methods to deter the GHG emission and global warming - Delegates will discuss on the prospects of the GHG emission

  5. 5 Proposals on the usage of Global Climate Fund to aid developing countries' GHG emission reduction - Delegates will propose freely on how the fund could be effectively put in to use Provisional Agenda for SBI • 6. Report of the session 6 - The session will be closed with the report adopted and completed by delegates after the session under the guidance of the chair and with the assistance of the secretariat.
