INTERNATIONAL OPERATIONS –AIRCRAFT BOOK Airport / Country Information • Report from your Handler • Documents required for entry - Example: For Hong Kong • TCAS Letter, DCA Form 122 – “Application for Permission to Operate Non-Scheduled Svcs” • Aerodrome Operating Minima (BOTH Runways) Visa Waiver Program • Application Approval Letter • Approved Form I-775 (Agreement with US Customs & Border Protection) • Approved Form I-420 (Agreement with Immigration & Naturalization Service and US Department of Justice)
