  1. BSE Notifies in Regard to Early Pay-In of Funds

  2. On 27th January 2023, the Bombay Stock Exchange issued a Notice in regard to the Early Pay-In (EPI) of funds. The particular Notice was issued in reference to the Early Pay-In (EPI) of funds by the client to the member for the purchase transactions executed by them. As per the current scenario, Clearing Corporations have provided a facility for Early Pay-In of funds at Clent Level or Client-Security Level. In regard to this, members are advised that, in cases where clients have made an early pay-in of funds, the member shall also mandatorily make an early pay-in of funds to the clearing corporation. The BSE also states that further, an imitation is to be sent to the client by SMS and Email on the registered mobile number and email id upon successful early pay- in of funds. All Members are advised to take note of the above and ensure strict compliance.
