  3. How many print books can I take out? • As Undergraduate: up to 16 items at a time • 4 short loan items at a time

  4. Search the catalogue to find your book, electronic or print? • Go to the library catalogue homepage • For books on your READING LIST use, Author or Title • For books on a TOPIC use a Keyword search Or Author & main keyword from the book title.

  5. How do I find a print book on the shelves? • Find the book on the library catalogue • Check that the item is at the site you are based at. • Check that the item is available • Make a note of the Classmark: 378.170281 COT • Click on Location to find out which floor the Classmark item is shelved.

  6. How do I find a book on the shelves? • Books are classed from 000 to 999 • Go to the shelves to find the book • Look for classmark number e.g: 378. 170281 COT Use the self-service machine to borrow item. Read as 378. (point)170281 COT number letter order
