MAC & CHEESE ELBOW MACARONI Boil salted water and cook for 10 minutes. In a saucepan melted butter over the medium heat, add flour and stir frequently. Slowly add milk and stir constantly. Slow down the heat, add cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese until cheese is melted. Stain pasta and set aside. Pour elbow macaroni and mix with the sauce. Pour macaroni into the baking dish. Sprinkle cheddar cheeseover the macaroni. Bake for 20 minutes. Serve hot.
SPINACH AND ARTICHOKE MAC & CHEESE BoilElbow pastainto the salted water. Drain and set aside. In a saucepanadd butter, garlic, chicken cubes, spinach, cover and simmer for 10 minutes. In another saucepan add melted butter, flour and whisk constantly. Now add Milk and beat quickly. Pour cream, salt, pepper into the sauce and mix well. Pour elbow pasta to the sauce. When the spinach is cooked, pour over the macaroni and mix everything together. Pour pasta into the bowl and top with the cheddar cheese.
SPICY, CHILY MAC & CHEESE According to package directions cook macaroni, drain and set aside. Heat the pan over medium-heat add melted butter, flour and whisk constantly until the mixture is combined together and light brown color. Slowly pour milk, cream and stir frequently. Whisk until the mixture is smooth and thicker. Now add cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, salt, pepper and stir until the cheese is melted. In a saucepan add tomato paste, crushed red chili flakes, vinegar, soya sauce, ketchup and cook for 10 minutes. Pour cheese mixture, spicy chili sauce over macaroni and stir everything together. Top with sour cream and jalapenos. Serve hot.
CLASSIC BAKED MAC & CHEESE Cook Macaroni into salted water. Drain into the strainer and set aside. In a saucepan add butter and let them melted. Pour flour and whisk frequently for 2 minutes. Now add milk and beat quickly. Whisk until thicker. Remove from heat. Now add salt, pepper, red pepper, cheddar cheese and combine together. Add macaroni and combine everything together. Pour elbow macaroni into the baking dish. Sprinkle cheddar cheese. Bake for 20 minutes.
