4. What can happen with continued practice and with trusting in what you experience? Metaphysically - You may begin to realize that your five human senses might be quite limited. You may begin shifting your consciousness and opening up to “other-dimensional” inputs. With the Spiritual tools of Forgiveness (particularly for self), Gratitude and meditation (optional) or becoming a conduit for universal energy flow, your whole personality and outlook on life can change.

6. Karmic Courts In meditation, “Take 'the elevator' to the Courtroom to petition the Karmic Judges” BUT, be absolutely sure you have a “Case,” because it can be embarrassing when they simply say “We’ll look into it.”

10. Help yourself to better enable the Universe to help you. Learn to provide a level of self-protection, without being aggressive. If you so desire, "layer" your defenses so that you incorporate various protections. Since thoughts are things and your creations are things, learn to be able to create them, but to also dispose of them in a spiritually-responsible fashion, so that you don't litter the psychic world(s) with debris. Also: The keys to successful use of Universal Light/Energy Typically unmentioned: Imagination! … at least until your “other senses” kick in. • Clarity - visualize the ‘target,’ person, place, situation… or what? • Intention - define what are you going to do. • Intensity - put your emotions behind the effort. • Invoking Highest Good

15. Psychic Passive Examples: A simple “space suit.” A solid wall, individual or around your property, of whatever material you choose; a mirrored wall; an invisibility cloak. Suggested characteristics of any such “shell” should include the requirement that only positive energy for you or beings in harmony with your nature might be admitted.

16. Psychic Passive-Active Examples in nature: skunk, porcupine, Sea urchin, jellyfish. Psychic examples: additions to the previous wall of “tuned” nematocysts.

17. Energy Theft Some of us are quite well acquainted with the casual energy theft situation, where someone you are in immediate contact with literally steals energy from you. This would normally happen in a workplace or shopping environment, and is one reason some people feel 'drained' at the end of such a session, without realizing exactly why. (This activity has, at times, been claimed to be the source of the term "vampire.") Very simple passive psychic defense techniques can handle the many situations that may be occurring in a work or other relatively crowded arena - shopping, for instance - when we remember to use them (which I still have a problem doing :-) .

18. Energy Theft, Case #1 A house guest, ‘C’ (to be heard more from next week), had to be cut off from her activity of siphoning off our energies. What defense technique(s) would you recommend? When an effective defense was initiated (as well as being evicted), ‘C’ became somewhat disoriented… she couldn't conceal her disturbance very well. She couldn’t get a grip on our energy, as she thought she could even when she moved out, and this was very confusing for her. Without contact with us, she was adrift and frustrated at every turn. She was mystified and her family was asking her why she couldn't put it together. She resented us for withdrawing our energy, not seeing that there was no longer a reason for us to keep supporting her.

Energy Theft, Case #2 Until Diane's health was seriously threatened, her guides, because they were not really 'geared' to watch for this kind of activity, could really not tell us too much about this particular energy drain situation, if we hadn't noticed it ourselves. What shocked us, however, was that this woman, who I will refer to as 'Joyce,' a member of my own family, had been systematically, and for an unknown period, visiting us from the psychic realms and stealing our energies, with a much heavier impact on Diane, thereby ensuring their continued 'success' for material things. What defense technique(s) would you recommend? Although reluctant to do so, we made independent and simultaneous visits to the Karmic Court and requested a review of the situation. Apparently, by not taking such a step (to stop in some way), we would have picked up negative karma by consciously protecting such activity.

20. Energy Theft, Case #3 As it later turned out, ‘A,’ who was exceptionally gifted psychically, was siphoning our energies from Hong Kong, because her husband, 'F', was too ill to do his own work. I traced that stream until it “broke up” over the Pacific Ocean, than called upon a friend who was a master shaman. He traced the stream directly to ‘A’ in Hong Kong. What defense technique(s) would you recommend? He presented the case to a “very high” Karmic Court. She, ‘A,’ had worked through others for a long time, steadily stealing energy and soul parts to the extent of several deaths. In her arrogance and overconfidence in her capabilities, ‘A', then verbally and physically threatened the Judges, thereby convicting herself. All of what she had taken was returned to her victims.

Exercise, or Homework • Invoking HIGHEST GOOD, with • Clarity - visualize the ‘target,’ person, place, situation… or what? • Intention - define what are you going to do. • Intensity - put your emotions into the effort. • Do a 3 to 5 minute projection (each) to establish • A personal protection… • A home protection… • A protection for you and your vehicle on a trip. • (hint: this could really be multi-layered)
