  3. PubMed 簡介 • 為美國國家醫學圖書館 (NLM) 生技資訊中心(NCBI)所建置的醫學期刊文獻索引摘要(非全文)資料庫。 • 超過2100萬筆書目資料，其包含Medline、生命科學類期刊及電子書等，並提供部分免費及付費全文連結服務。 • 學科涵蓋：生物醫藥和健康領域，涵蓋生命科學、行為科學、化學科學、生物工程等。

  4. A B A B A B 檢索技巧 • 布林邏輯(Boolean) －AND、OR、NOT (須大寫)，二個以上加「( )」，由左算到右，加( )的先運算。 AND 同時含A與B的紀錄 OR 含A或B的紀錄 NOT 含A但不含B的紀錄 例如：oncologyORNeoplasm patientAND(oncologyORNeoplasm)

  5. 檢索技巧 • 切截(Truncate)：以「*」作為切截符號，將 * 放在字尾進行模糊查詢。 例如：speci*：species、specific、specificity

  6. 檢索技巧 • 單字與片語：用雙引號 ””，讓系統將多個關鍵字視為片語。 例如：cancer carevs. ” cancer care ”

  7. 基本檢索 • 關鍵字(詞)檢索(keyword(s)) －輸入一個或多個關鍵字進行檢索，系統預設使用AND將兩個檢索概念進行交集檢索 －利用檢索概念，如布林邏輯、切截…等 －檢視「Search details」 例如:lung cancer • PubMed具有自動詞彙轉換功能(Automatic Term Mapping)，系統會根據主題詞表，自動找出相對應的主題詞彙，並同時檢索關鍵詞與主題詞。

  8. 基本檢索 • 作者檢索 －格式：last name(姓)空格initials(名的縮寫)，不用標點符號，大小寫亦無差別 例如：李清池醫師：lee cc －多位作者檢索：lee cc chang ts或 lee ccANDchang ts －若只知道作者的姓，可在姓氏後面加[au] －可用Advanced search功能檢索

  9. 基本檢索 • 刊名檢索 －輸入期刊全名、縮寫或ISSN。 例如：全名：The American Journal of Medicine 縮寫：Am J med ISSN：0002-9343 －若期刊名是為詞彙，可在期刊名後面加註[ta] 例如：cancer[ta] －可用Advanced search功能檢索 • 若要查詢期刊的全名或縮寫型式 →Journals in NCBI Database

  10. 基本檢索 • 單篇文章檢索(Single Citation Matcher) －已有一筆書目，但不確定是否正確，或想在PubMed上找到完整書目和全文連結 －查詢方式：PubMed Tools → Single Citation Matcher 欄位內容不需要每個都填，只要填確定的、或重點欄位即可。 例如：Adams E, Boulton M, Watson E (2009). The informationneeds of partners and family members of cancer patients: A systematic literature review. Patient Educ Counsel,77, 179-86.

  15. 詞彙定義 副標題 限縮檢索範圍 若輸入這些詞彙，系統會自動轉換成Hypertension 建議可檢索的相關標題 標題的階層關係 Broader Term Narrower Term
