  2. Jello Eggs are a non-cooked type of candy • Use good sanitation: • Tie hair back • Wash hands often • Don’t lick your fingers – use a spoon to sample!

  3. Melting chocolate for the coating • Use a bowl over hot water • Use a double boiler The trick is to keep the bottom of the bowl ABOVE THE HOT WATER • Use the microwave and follow guidelines carefully: you can scorch (burn) it easily!
