Main and COO Label Requirements The Main Brand and COO requirements are the same for Israel orders as they are for the US orders: Main Brand Woven Label and Tri Lingual Woven COO/Size Label OR Brand/COO/Size Heat Seal will be exhibited in the back neck or back waistband of the garment (Bras will be in the wing). Price Ticket Requirements: UPDATED June 2015 The price ticket for Israel is the same Paper Quality, Size and Placement as they are for the US order however the Price Ticket is Translated Into Hebrew: The Price ticket has been updated for correct translation of price, shekel symbol & placment of Class. * see below new artwork DMC Item code available at Avery Dennison. 6. Testing Requirements There are no additional testing requirement's for Israel. Israel styles will reference the US styles full testing package. • Full Test packages for US Styles that have Israel PO’s should include the standard testing as follows: • Fabric Test: darkest color on order ** Fabrics must meet DMC testing requirements • Garment Test: darkest color on order ** Garments must meet DMC testing requirements • Additional Color Test: each additional color on order • Lead/Cadmium/Nickel/Phthalates testing dependent on product trims/embellishment/fabrication etc. • Tri Lingual Care Label Layout. • Israel Care Label Layout. • Care Instructions proposed should not be color specific – they should be fabric specific and all colors on order should meet DM testing standards so that we can minimize excessive color specific care instructions due to failing DM standards for colorfastness, crocking and appearance. • Testing Associate will review and approve testing as usual (10 days after PP approval) and will advise in PLM Testing Comments. • The Tri Lingual Label will be shared in PLM immediately upon approval. The Israel Care Label Layout will need to be checked by Israel partner to ensure accuracy – Testing Associate will share Israel Layout in PLM when approved by partner. Vendors will be alerted in PLM or Via E-Mail for vendors who do not have PLM access. • Care Labels must be printed as per the DM Care label layouts shared in PLM – NO typo errors. • Digital photos of the Israel care label printed for production is also required to be sent via e-mail (Front and Back views) to DM Testing Associate who will work directly with Israel partner to do the final check for accuracy. There can be no typo’s on these care labels – no exceptions. Turn Time for this review on the DM side will be 2-3 working days. • Incorrectly printed care labels: Vendors will be responsible to re-print labels in time for delivery. **NOTE: If US Test package & Tri Lingual Care label has already been approved Prior – Vendors should send just the Israel Care Label layout to their Testing Associate via e-mail and Reference the approved US testing status and Testing Associates will approve Israel Care Label Layout as a priority. Care label Requirements Israel Care Labels are Hebrew only Care labels with the exception of the following information which will be in English - RN#79913 -CA#11414 -Patent information (SFB patent number, Nursing patent number or Patent Pending) • Israel care labels DO require Israel VAT# in Hebrew • Israel care labels DO requireImporter Of Record Name and Address in Hebrew • Israel care labels DO require the wording ‘First Quality’ in Hebrew • Israel care labelsDO require the DM style # . • Israel care labels DO require US Care Symbols. • Israel Care Labels DO NOT require DM Color#, DM PO# or Size • Israel Care labels DO NOT require a Bar Code. 10. Seamless Styles with Brand/COO/Size/Care Instruction Heat Seals • For the initial purchase orders and Israel Brand/COO/Size/Care Instruction Heat Seal is not available at DM Nominated supplier. We will advise when Ready. • For Seamless styles that have an existing Tri-Lingual Brand/COO/Size/Care Instruction Heat Seal – Vendors will be required to print and attach an Israel Paper Care Label even though the garment has a Tri Lingual Heat Seal. • The DM Testing Associate will advise placement for the Israel Paper Care Label taking into consideration an appropriate location for stitching the additional care label that will look as aesthetically pleasing as possible in a seamless garment. *See example below.
