    2. Barium 1s2 2s2 2p6 3s2 3p6 4s2 3d10 4p6 5s2 4d10 5p6 6s2 Green (486nm) went from 2s to one level higher than the red and from 2p to one higher than the red.

    3. Calcium 1s2 2s2 2p6 3s2 3p6 4s2 Red (656nm) went from 2s to 3p, 2p to 3d, and 2p to 3s.

    4. Sodium 1s2 2s2 2p6 3s1 The Na diagram went from 3s to 3p & then to 5s,6s,7s,6d,5d,and 4d. The move from 3p to 3s is responsible for the yellow glow (589nm).
