The RivalryMystery at the Army-Navy Game By John Feinstein
The Rivalry is a realistic fiction book. • It set in modern day. • And the events that take place in the book could actually happen.

Characters • Bobby Kelleher, columnist for the Washington Herald. • Tamara Mearns, columnist for the Washington Post and also married to Bobby Kelleher. • The Army (cadets) • The Navy (midshipmen)

Who is going to win the big football game. • The Army or The Navy • The Navy has won it for the past years in a row The guys on both teams were much smaller than regular football player, but what they lacked in size they for in intelligence and enthusiasm.
Special Agent Peter Dowling of the Secret Service went to great lengths to ensure President Obama would be safe at the Army-Navy game. • Everyone entering the stadium had to be searched. • The entire Stadium had to be inspected for any danger. • Bomb sniffing dogs were used throughout the stadium. • Even the cars in the parking lot were searched.
The weather very cold with snow and rain. • Two people got into the stadium without tickets that should not have been there. Luckily, it turn out to be just a fraternity prank! • Susan Carol had all ready written an article about the referees that were going be in the game today, that depicted them as making bad calls at another football game.
Two of the player are bothers, but they are playing on opposite teams. • Their dad is a member of a white supremacy group called the Knights of the White Christian Soldiers.
This book was not very interesting to me. • The inside jacket made the book sound interesting, but I did not like the way writer went from present day to several months in the past the back to the present again. • I can say without any hesitation that I would not recommend this book to anyone.
