Solution Overview The RAP system is based on the Rooms and Resources DB and provides the following features : • On-line status of the resource agenda on any display including resource owner and subject (subject can be hidden) • Sending instant messages to each resource resource display individually • Sending agenda for a specific event to each resource display individually • Dynamically create multi resources view on a single display (1,2,3 or 4) • Centralized management
