Services: SAP Audit • The Problem • Organisations implement SAP to benefit from the best practices business processes but fail to adopt the same and end up losing the benefits of a highly standardised software. • The SAP audit services helps organisations to ensure that they are fully compliant with the Project specifications and produce the expected business benefits in terms of increased user productivity and added business value. • The Cause • Typically 70 to 80% of SAP Application Life Cycle Management efforts focus on the design, development and testing phases; but in real world post rollout support and project activities often represent 70 to 80% of the efforts. • Organisations do not measure the value derived from their SAP implementations after go live.
