Local Area • Regional Director Local assistance, responsible for organizing local events, event fundraising, and supporting the development and continuation of teams. • Senior Mentor – identify, recruit, and support teams, mentors and coaches (not all areas have one) • VISTA Volunteer - work in underserved areas: e.g., low-income individuals and communities (not all areas have one) • Other: Team Liaison, Trainers, On-call Mentors, Grant assistance (there is some variation in regions & volunteers) • Independent Chartered Affiliates • Regional Executive Advisory Board Fund • Regional Planning Committee Staff & organize the local FRC Regional event Separate committees for each FIRST program-FRC, FTC, FLL • Regular Season Competition Staff • FTA/Field Staff, Lead Robot Inspector, Head Referee, Pit Administration/Team Registration, Judges, Volunteer Coordinator, Event Manager • Other Local Teams • Local Off-Season Events
