PO4 is a problem mainly in Bretagne, pig & poultry breeding region ; acid soils rich in P ; erosion risk to superficial waters ( eutrophication in sea costal areas) BUT : == fertilisation better adjusted since 40 years (€) == better feeding >>> manure less phosphatised == Water agency Loire Bretagne : goal : equilibrate P-fertilisation in 21 watersheds at new breeding farms level, & at spreading level (« no over-fertilisation ») : regulatory prior approval (SDAGE)
