PHA Flowchart Set Up Practice Folders Copy Practice_PHA_Templates folder and rename it to suit your practice Import.xml file In AtlasBuilder.mdb click ‘Import XML File’ Ensure the file name is PHA.xml Calculate 15mth Date In AtlasBuilder.mdb click ‘Set up Practice Details’ Type in the data collection date and hit tab Start Here Assign GPMP and TCA proportions as appropriate in the 3.1CurrentItemUtilisation worksheet in AtlasBuilder.xls Enter Billing Data on the 3.1CurrentItemUtilisation worksheet in AtlasBuilder.xls Change date fields in AtlasBuilder.xls Change DataExtractDate and DateRangeRecent PP fields appropriately Add Practice Details In AtlasClient.mdb enter the practice’s details and connect to the practice’s AtlasBuilder.xls then click ‘Open Excel Report’ Assign proportions and frequencies as appropriate in the Modelling_Assumptionsworksheet in AtlasBuilder.xls Copy your Practice’s Working_Data Folder Into the Working_PHA folder on your C: drive Say Yes to replace existing Establish a DBMS connection in MapInfo Called PHA Only do this step for your 1st PHA Create your maps Using PHA Maps automation Refer to Section 10 of your Reference Folder for more information Compile your PHA Report using PHA_rpt_V7_x.doc in your practice’s folderSee page 47 & 48 of the Manual for more details Create your Buffer Map using the Buffer.wor template in your practice’s Maps folder Copy the Maps Folder from the Working_PHA folder on C: into your practice’s PHA_Working folderSay Yes to replace existing = Copying folders = Microsoft Access = Microsoft Excel = MapInfo = Microsoft Word

After automationis complete -For each PHA, copy the Maps folder on the C: drive andpaste it into the Practice’s folder .Say Yes to replace existing folder. DrBrown_PHA Final_CD (empty) Maps (empty) Working_Data 2 For each PHA, copy the Practice’sWorking_Datafolder and paste itinto the Working_PHAfolder on the C: drive. Say Yes to replaceexisting folder. You can now run the automation.
