  3. Where we are? (Continue) • Leading companies are giving their R&D part to students. • Leading companies are giving their design part to students.

Why this lagging • Less trust with students. • No facility given to students yet. • Students are ignore their chances. • No peoples to motivate students. • Fear to innovate & initiate. • Peoples are thinking in a limited circles. • Students do not know about R&D. • No institutions for support them.

About our students.(SWOT Analysis) Weak • Language. • Fear to take responsibility. • Following traditional educations way. • No supports from society. • Fear to touch new thinks. • Fear to tell their own ideas for society. • Do not know the new technology. • Do not know about modern technology.
