Schizophrenics can have motor and affect disturbances • Motor Disturbances • Catatonic or Mania • Behavioral disorganization • Poor hygiene, inappropriate dress (layers of clothes) • Inappropriate behavior • Affective Disturbances • Flat or inappropriate affect • Avoid eye contact • Agitated and excessive emotion
