II Project work – main results • Description of the sources and methods, including the GNI Inventory Process tables • Self-assessment questionnaires • Expert assessment of strengths and weaknesses • Improvement on the particular areas such as Price&Volume estimates, SUT, Sector accounts, QNA, exhaustiveness, GDP-GNI transition, HFCE, dwelling services, own account software, CFC and capital stock • Implementation of ESA 2010 road maps for implementing the ESA 2010 methodology and for data transmission

ESA 2010 methodology for National & Regional Accounts Montenegro State of play of data transmission Key change in 2017 Transmitted Missing • Annual national accounts data have been submitted, but there are gaps, e.g. data on population, employment (in hours worked) and on gross wages and salaries • International Trade in Services (ITSS) data for reference year 2016 submitted in line with official reporting standards • HICP produced since 2012 • Regional figures are the same as national ones: Montenegro consists of one single statistical region at level 3 • Improved completeness of data submission for annual national accounts • Historic time series and the latest data for energy statistics • Labour Force Survey (LFS) data in compliance with EU Regulation 0577/1998 published for the first time in 2017 • Improved provision of STS indicators on industrial turnover
