  4. Meet Leonard and Maxwell, two physically well-off young men. But that is about to change as each chooses a different health lifestyle from the other. I don’t want to watch TV all day. We’re young. Let’s be active. Whatever. If you change your mind, you know where to find me.

  5. In the span of one conversation the health pathways of Leonard and Maxwell head in two different directions. What a great day for a bike ride! I wish Maxwell had joined me. What a great day for TV and a snack. I wish Leonard had joined me.

  6. Little does Maxwell know that 58 million American adults are overweight. Unfortunately, he is fast becoming one of them. This tastes good!

  7. Leonard, on the other hand, is leading a healthy lifestyle by eating a well-balanced diet… This tastes good!

  8. And by exercising. I’m going to win this race! I’m going for a goal!
