Company Background • Locally owned and operated since 1962 • Over 100 employees spread out between 2 locations • Current sales of over 1,000 units per year • With the increase of sales over the past year, how can the parts and service department keep up with work and expand their aspect of the business?

  3. Why a Database is Needed? • Current problems with scheduling service and ordering parts • Need a system that: • improves communication between Parts and Service • Allows employees to track orders • Essentially, improve customer service
