This project aims to identify, fast-track, and promote high-potential women within the University of Adelaide to improve organizational performance and retain talented female staff. The methodology includes literature reviews, interviews, and recommendations on simplifying leadership capabilities, expanding programs, and developing a culture that supports women's advancement.
