For Cost Centers • Enter the fund center into the appropriate box. • Press Execute.
For Cost Centers • This should show all Cost Centers associated with this Fund Center. • Press the green arrow to back out.
For WBS Elements: • Please enter S_ALR_87012612 - Assignments to WBS Elements onto the command line. • Press enter
For WBS Elements: • Enter the Fund Center into the appropriate box. • Press execute.
For WBS Elements: • This should show all WBS Elements associated with this Fund Center. • Press the green arrow to back out.
Cost Centers/WBS Elements • To have both Cost Centers and WBS Elements in 1 report, enter S_ALR_87012607 - Alphabetical List – onto the command line. • Press enter
Cost Centers/WBS Elements • Click on the Classification tab.
Cost Centers/WBS Elements • Click the green check.
Cost Centers/WBS Elements • Enter the Fund Center into the appropriate box.
Cost Centers/WBS Elements • To increase your number of results, select “Extras” from the toolbar.
Cost Centers/WBS Elements • Then select “User Settings”.
Cost Centers/WBS Elements • You get the “Maintain Users Settings” screen • Select the “Find Object” Tab
Cost Centers/WBS Elements • Change the # of hits to a number you may be comfortable with. • Press the green check
Cost Centers/WBS Elements • Select “Include subordinate classes”
Cost Centers/WBS Elements • This should show all WBS Elements and Cost Centers associated with this Fund Center. • Hit the green arrow to back out.
