Fund Activity Report Descriptions Fund Detail – Philanthropy – YTD Listing of fiscal year to date (YTD) transactions occurring in the philanthropy funds Fund Detail – Grants Listing of current closed month transactions (MTD) occurring in the grant funds Fund Detail – Grants – Life to Date Listing of life to date (LTD) transactions occurring in the grant funds Fund Detail – Philanthropy Listing of current closed month transactions (MTD) occurring in the philanthropy funds Fund Summary – Grants Summary by account category with MTD and LTD actual and LTD budget Fund Summary – Philanthropy Summary by account category with MTD, YTD and LTD actual and YTD budget Prior and Current Month Transactions (NEW!) Detailed transactions that have posted in Lawson for the current calendar month and prior calendar months – you may look at transactions that have posted prior to the close of the month Summary Rollup by Administrator Listing of funds by director with a one line summary of LTD income, budget, LTD expense, and Balance Summary Rollup by Director Listing of funds with a one line summary of LTD income, budget, LTD expense, and balance

When do I use these reports? 1. “I need to see what’s posted to my fund, but the month is not closed yet!” Prior and Current Month Transactions (NEW!) - this report refreshes daily automatically 2. “I need to review my funds at a high level. I don’t want to see transaction detail.” Fund Summary – Grants Fund Summary – Philanthropy Summary Rollup by Director 3. “I need to see detailed transactions for the month to reconcile my accounts.” Fund Detail – Grants Fund Detail – Philanthropy 4. “I need to see last month’s detailed transactions. What do I do?” Fund Detail – Grants (history) Fund Detail – Philanthropy (history) 5. “I manage several divisions and want to see the funds at a high level by director.” Summary Rollup by Administrator 6. “I am trying to reconcile all the charges that have posted to the grant since it started.” Fund Detail – Grants – Life to Date 7. “I need to see all the transactions that have posted to my philanthropy fund for this fiscal year.” Fund Detail – Philanthropy – YTD
