Experiences Recommendations I • LLL Strategy not possible without LLG Strategy • Focus 1: National authorities – concerning to the reference tools - using them • Prozesses and Structures orientated on common European goals and principles, related to the national socio-cultural, political, educational, economical, institutional circumstances same targets, various ways, but arranged and coordinated This project has received funding from the european community
Experiences Recommendations II • Top – down/bottom up : essential role of national authorities • Common principles and criteria – quality, ethic standards etc. • From the national platform to regional and local cooperation • Incentives, support, research, evaluation, documentation, show the benefit to all actors This project has received funding from the european community
Experiences Recommendations III • Focus 2: European Cooperation • Thesis: Sustainable ´development on national and regional level not achievable without European communication, cooperation, sharing experiences, support, motivation, expertise • Open coordination LLL, Resolution LLG, reference tools are very helpful and effective instruments, Needs for continuing this way: further incentives and an European structure to make shure the common work with more European member states This project has received funding from the european community
