FARS News Agency – 2013.Sep.10 آقای توکلی بینا - مدیر عامل شرکت آب و فاضلاب استان قم : سازه های مدول دوم فاضلاب قم با پیشرفت 50% روبرو بوده است . وی روند پیشرفت پروژه را مثبت ارزیابی کرد و اظهار داشت: با وجود به تمام مشکلات موجود از جمله مسائل مالی، پیمانکار توانسته با برنامه‌ریزی مناسب این پروژه را به جلو ببرد. Mr. TavakoliBina, CEO of Qom Water & Waste Water Co.: "50% progress in Construction Qom WWTP 2nd Module“ "Despite of economical problems, The Contractor could perform positive progress applying suitable planning." • آقای مرادی - رئیس دیوان محاسبات استان قم: • نباید اجازه دهیم که مشکلات، اجرای این پروژه را با تهدید روبه‌رو کند زیرا این پروژه با سلامت جامعه در ارتباط است. • با توجه به اینکه این پروژه از تسهیلات بانک توسعه اسلامی بهره‌مند است نیازمند رایزنی کشوری هستیم تا با رفع مشکلات، پروژه طبق جدول زمان‌بندی به پایان برسد زیرا در غیر این صورت، مشکلات دوچندان خواهند شد. Otherwise, the problems will be doubled.
