  3. Meg and Charles’ father, Mr. Murry, is trapped in a dark planet called Camazotz. They are being assisted in their mission to save their father by Calvin and the three Mrs. W’s in order to save their father, they tessered to Camazotz to rescue him. When

  6. It makes IT seem more evil, as they could control people, and make people fearful of it. Thus, they cannot be perfect. Effect of setting (Characters/themes)

  7. It tells me about family love, appearance vs. reality, individuality vs. conformity, and it makes meg realize that being individual is a blessing. It shows that Meg is impatient as she only wants to save her father and does not want to do anything else. The children also feel that it is worse in contrast with Uriel.
