I have found under mentioned problems in plantation sectors in my country • Workers are not available to know the availabilities and laws to solve their problems • The workers don’t have unity with each others • The experienced people don’t co-operate with new comers • All workers depend on their union leaders

  4. The programs which our organization already have in plantation sectors • Women Committee (Group saving system as self help groups, Awareness program for women health specially pregnant mothers ,and nutrition) • Youths Club (Self employment training for the un employees , Training program for the youths to improve their sports skills

  5. The program which we have to do for them • Special training program for the workers (legal rights) For this we have to form some groups through our women co-ordinators and youths club which we have already • Form the little teams to explain about social security (they should be selected from their own village because they will be able to empower the people in there own village)

  6. Training programs to explain women workers rights / health awareness / signature program(already we have women coordinators in plantation sector they will be able to form the teams to to this program in each area)

  7. The benefits which they will gain from this Program • They will be able to know that, how they have covered by the social security. • They will be able to know the procedures and legal rights to solve their problems. • Benefits of the team work for decision making . (they will appreciate the group decision) • Knowledge of decent work • Participation women will be increased to decision making

  8. They will protected from others and social securities during their retirement period • They will come forward to talk about their rights.
