Deployment and Redeployment • Arrangements for immigration at the first landing in Brazil and customs at Natal/Recife AFB • Delegations should prepare personal documentation and declaration of the material • All delegations should be immunized against yellow fever at least 10 days before of the deployment • Each country can contract a company for cargo management at the airport/Natal (Recife) AFB. • BAF will provided by Natal AFB and Recife AFB escalators and loader for B-707, if necessary, but the responsibilities for any damage will be of the country owning the cargo. Countries should communicate any special requirements for cargo handling support NLT the MPC.

LOGISTIC ORGANIZATION • All the offices will have two computers and one telephone for internal, local and international calls (charged) . • The facility room will have coffee, water, a service for transportation inside AFB, on-the-job meals and printing requests. • The Logistic Center will be responsible for the following duties: • 1.Refueling; • 2. Towing • 3.GSE and GPU requests; and • 4.Emergency requests – inside operational area.

Repairs • Deployed units are responsible for performing launch, recovery, end-of-runway (EOR) duties, towing, inspection and servicing of unit aircraft. • Each country must provide sufficient personnel and equipment to support deployed aircraft, such as: • Ground wires, chocks, and applicable gear and safety pins. • Specialized aircraft ground equipment (AGE), including fuel tank dollies, all aircraft jacks, all adapters (rollers, forks and specialized cradles), specialized maintenance work stands and wash carts (as applicable). • All Units must provide its own personal equipment such as: ear plugs, reflective belts, communication cords and headsets etc).
GENERAL LOGISTICS SUPPORT • Natal Air Base will provide the following support: • Meal and on-the-job meal • All participants will pay US$ 60.00. This payment includes lunch, snacks and on-the-job meal outside of the regular schedule • Lunch • Tickets will indicate the local and time • On-the-job meal • Upon request to the Facilities Center • Transportation only between operational area and mess hall (by schedule), inside operational area (upon request) and DV
General Logistics Support • Lodging • Each delegation is responsable for own accomodations • Health and care • Medical and odontological assistence in Natal AFB – 24 hours a day (only for emergency). Each country should have health insurance • First Aid – 24 hours a day • Aerial transportation with Intensive Treatment Unit • Helicopter rescue and transportation to the appropriate hospital
