First outline presented to DIME in February 2018 The first draft reviewed by the WGM in May 2018 (written comments from 5 MS) The first draft is reviewed by the Steering Group ADMIN in June 2018 (written comments from 1 MS) Based on the comments arevised draft prepared and sent for review to WGM in February 2019 The revised draft received written comments by 12 MS Development of the guidelines

The guidelines are organised as follows • Chapter 1 - Introduction • Chapter 2 - The use of administrative data in statistical production (defining typology of use cases) • Chapter 3-9 - Specific use cases following the steps in GSBPM The structure of these chapters is as follows: • Description of the usage scenario • Short description of the possible methods and workflow • Evaluation/condition of the application of the different methods and workflows • Examples and references Structure of the guidelines
