IntroductionThe ultimate objective is to track and manage all truckers delivery activity, at any point in time. In addition, the solution will be able to query and report standard or ad-hoc reports as required by the user. The Automated Ticketing Management System’s (ATMS) web-based software application (ATMS) will aide the administrative and management staff in ensuring the information is accurate and on-hand for any required reporting for each truck’s activity. BackgroundMost organizations have a responsibility to manage each project’s operational efficiency as well as possess a robust and mission-critical reporting tool of each project’s operational activities. It is recommended that the organization understand the critical need to manage the project activities under their control. An improperly and/or poorly managed project rarely meets the objectives, nor does it provide the required functionality and completion in a timely and accurate manner, but more importantly, it does not adhere to budget. In order to minimize risks and maximize the statistics of success, specific processes and project management activities must be established and adhered to. • ObjectiveThe objective of this Automated Ticketing Management System is to give the administrators easy entry, storage and retrieval - access of the data through hyperlink (web-architect), where each user can access anyplace or anytime. In laymen terms, hyperlink is defined as…..
