  6. Username and Password Username Format = last name + First 3 letters of first name + Middle Initial. Ex1. Ms. Catherine Elizabeth A. Middleton username: middletoncata Ex2. Mr. Oscar A. Delos Santos username: delossantososca

  7. Username and Password Same Username and password for email Mail Website: mail.adzu.edu.ph

  8. Novell Client Software requirement to access the fileserver - You can contact the CITS people or Mr. Mahilum for novell client installation

  10. File Server Volumes HOME - Personal Files - Files that you don’t want others to view/read/modify Note: Downloaded videos,games,anything not good for the University should not be saved at the HOME VOLUME

  11. File Servers Volumes OPERATIONS - School operations - Things that are related to your work/dept/unit - Files or folders are visible to your group/dept Ex. Lesson plans,lectures,handouts,exercises

  12. File Servers Advantages of using the File Server. - Data are backup daily - Free from viruses ( Linux base ) - Data can be access anywhere in the Campus - Secure - Data can be access via internet (Within the SY) Note: All faculty and Staff should save school related works at the file server.
