Key Challenges • Change (inevitable, part of our job) • When we believe in our shared vision and mission; • have resources and skills necessary to accomplish both; • and incentives to do well, change is successful and easier!
Key Resources – Technology Services HUMAN Infrastructure • YOU / EACH OTHER – believe in both! • Academic Technology Services: Laura, Joyce, John, Elizabeth, Doug, Larry, Patti, Helen, Rose, Mary Ann • Directors & staff of other five service areas • Diana and Kelly • NSBA Technology Salute Award, in recognition of the hard work of ALL staff!
