A New Beginning • In August of 1936, Adolf Hitler was selected chancellor of Germany. • As a result to that His morals turned out to be the new base of Germany.
Hard Times for Jews athletes • Many Jewish athletes went through hard times once Hitler became chancellor of Germany. As a result to that many Jewish athletes were denied from their fields, since Hitler morals were anti-Jewish.
Marty Glickman and Sam Stoller. • These two American-Jewish athletes were put out of their race because they were both half Jewish. This was an example of how Jewish athletes were discriminated.
Jews fight for Justice • As a result to the Nazi Olympics, many Jewish athletes decided to boycott. The boycott went on for several weeks. Many countries such as Great Britain and The United States wanted to boycott. There were athletes who came up with the American Jewish Congress. Unfortunately, the boycott did not work due to other Jewish athletes who wanted to participate in the Olympics.
