USU Program Project Grant Quad Chart Guidance • Use the template on the following slide to prepare a synopsis of the proposed research effort. • Enter Project Title, Overall Project PI, organization, and intended military related topic area at the top center of the Quad Chart. Use Arial 24 point. • Complete allthe sections of the Quad Chart. • Except for the title, all text should be Arial 14 point, but may reduced to 12 point as needed. • Submit the quad chart with the pre-proposal white paper. If the pre-proposal is selected for a full proposal, you will be asked to modify the quad chart to reflect the full proposal content. • For military research areas, please use this U.S. Army Medical Research and Materiel Command (USAMRMC) weblink: for information on the five basic areas: military infectious diseases, combat casualty care, military operational medicine, chemical biological defense, and clinical and rehabilitative medicine..
