INTRODUCTION • Sekolah Jenis Kebangsaan Tamil Nilai was established on 19 January 1948and located in the town of Nilai. • Enrolment of pupils were 52 in December 1948. • Now in 2014 SJK (T) Nilai have 547 students and 40 teachers. • For the management and administration of these school have a mission for 2015-2017 to make high-performing school in the district and state levels. • With a total of 40 teachers, the school hopes to move and compete with other primary schools in order to form students to become knowledgeable, responsible and work in harmony with the values of the society in Malaysia.

Our Mission Nilai Elementary School seeks to : • Create a challenging learning environment. • Encourage high expectations for success . • Use appropriate instruction for difference learning styles. • Promotes a safe, orderly, caring, and supportive environment. • Promoting collaboration between parents, teachers and community members.
Strategic objective. • Increasing the number of students scoring A's in Malay paper 1 from 14.7% to 50% in 3 years time. • 2.Improving students achievement in LINUS programme • Literasi(reading and writing in BM) • Numerasi (Numerals)
3.Increase the achievement rate in PKBS & UPSR up to 90% in 3 years time. 4.Increasing usage of ICT in Teaching Learning process. 5.Increasing computer knowledge among the students.
Specific objective. Percentage of students ability to use Malay language proficiently increases by year 2017.

ACTION PLAN-PROGRAMME • PROGRAMME BINTANG SINAR YEAR 6 -CONDUCTED FOR YEAR SIX STUDENTS WHO ARE WEAK IN BM. -THIS STUDENTS WIIL BE GIVEN A SPECIAL MODULE PREPARED BY THE BM TEACHERS. -EVERY MORNING STUDENTS WILL DO THE MODULE FOR 30 MINUTES IN THEIR CLASSSROOM. -BM TEACHER WILL MARK THE MODULE.
2)PROGRAM MENUJU PUNCAK -CONDUCTED FOR YEAR 5 STUDENTS -EVERY MORNING THE STUDENTS WILL BE GIVEN 30 MINUTES FOR WRITE A SHORT ESSAY IN BM. -THE ASSISTANT CLASS TEACHER WILL MARK THE PAPER AND DISCUSS THE CORRECT ANSWERS.
3) PROGRAM BUKAN DIPINGGIR KASIH • CONDUCTED FOR YEAR 3 AND 4 STUDENTS. • YEAR 3 • STUDENTS WILL BE GIVEN 10 MALAY WORDS EACH DAY,THEY NEED TO REFER THE DICTIONARY TO FIND THE MEANING;AND WRITE IT IN NOTEBOOK.
YEAR 4 • -STUDENTS WILL BE GIVEN 20 MINUTES TO WRITE A SENTENCES BASED ON THE PICTURES GIVEN. • THE CLASS TEACHER WILL DISCUSS THE CORRECT ANSWER WITH STUDENTS. • THEY WILL DO CORRECTION IN THEIR SPECIAL NOTEBOOK.
4) PROGRAM ANAKKU SAYANG • -CONDUCTED TO YEAR 1 AND 2 STUDENTS . • -THIS READING PROGRAMME WILL BE CONDUCTED EVERY MORNING FOR 20 MINUTES. • STUDENTS WILL BE PROVIDED BM READING MATERIALS LIKE READING CARDS,BOOKS. • THE REMEDIAL TEACHER WILL CONDUCT THIS PROGRAMME TO WEAKER STUDENTS.
5) PROGRAM JALINAN KASIH SAYANG • -CONDUCTED TO PARENTS • -PARENTS WILL BE EXPOSED TO SEVERAL TECHNIQUES TO INCREASE THE LEVEL OF MOTIVATION OF THEIR CHILDRENAT HOME. • INTERACTIVE PROGRAM WHERE PARENTS ARE ENCOURAGED TO ASK QUESTIONS ABOUT ISSUES OR SITUATIONS OF THEIR OWN. • TEACHERS AND PARENTS DISCUSS TOGETHER TO FIND ALTERNATIVE WAYS TO IMPROVE PERFORMANCE STUDENTS IN BAHASA MALAYSIA AND ACADEMICS.
CONCLUSION • It is hoped that this strategic planning can help students to improve in Malay language and to achieve in excellence UPSR and PKSR as well as achieve the goal of becoming a high-performing school by 2017.
