Ausroads identified the need for a structured training and assessment plan for its Stabiliser Operators. • July 2013 a partnership was formed with the Ausroads, Australian Institute of Resource Training and Face to Face to create the RIIRC309A Conduct Stabiliser Operations course. • The desired outcome was to develop Operator’s skills and safety awareness to a level of competency that is now demanded by industry and WH&S legislation.
