Directions from Santa Monica to Santa Ynez HS: -Take the SAN DIEGO FWY (I-405) north to the VENTURA FWY (US 101) towards Ventura. -Go a total of about 83 mi, through the City of Santa Barbara, past the La Cumbre/Hope exit, to the STATE ST/SAN MARCOS PASS (Hwy 154) exit. -Turn RIGHT on Hwy 154 and go uphill about 8 mi to the road’s crest at Camino Cielo. Continue on the downhill slope into the valley, past Lake Cachuma, to HWY 246 towards Santa Ynez (approx. 25 mi from US 101) -Turn LEFT on Hwy 246. Go approx. 2.5 mi to REFUGIO RD. -The High School is on the far-right corner. Park on the South side (Hwy 246 side) of the school. Directions from Santa Monica to Paradise Campground: -Take the SAN DIEGO FWY (I-405) north to the VENTURA FWY (US 101) towards Ventura. -Go approx. 83 mi, through the City of Santa Barbara, past the La Cumbre/Hope exit, to the STATE ST/SAN MARCOS PASS (HWY 154) exit. -Turn RIGHT on Hwy 154 and go uphill about 8 mi to the road’s crest at Camino Cielo. From Camino Cielo, continue on the downhill slope appox. 3 mi to PARADISE RD. -Turn RIGHT on Paradise Rd. Go approx. 3.2 mi to the Paradise Campground sign (it’s the 2nd campground) and pull in on your right. Directions from Santa Ynez HS to Paradise Campground: -Take HWY 246 east approx. 2.5 mi to HWY 154. -Turn RIGHT on Hwy 154 and travel approx. 13.5 mi to PARADISE RD. -Turn LEFT on Paradise Rd. Go about 3.2 mi to the Paradise Campground sign (it’s the 2nd campground) and pull in on your right. Refugio Rd. Paradise Campground: Paradise Rd. 3.2 miles from Hwy 154 Buellton Paradise Rd.
