  3. The professional tutor needs to ensure that……. ‘the staffengage in professional activity and scholarly enquiry for the purpose of improving teaching and the conditions for learning in their school.’

Just get better • Develop expertise and confidence in working in this way • This relates to the learning ‘dispositions’ being developed in the school which are increasingly influenced by the International Baccalaureate and a visit the school made to the International School of Amsterdam – how can we be good learners?
